Sierra de las Nieves
The Molinetta country estate is steeped in history!
In fact, the 50,000 m2 of nature that make up the estate and surround the main building include an old 15th-century Nazarí mill, whose mechanism is powered by a waterfall from the river.
The photos show the old mill building then and now.
In 2009, the main building was constructed and the site restored.
Approximately 1,200 m2 have been built, respecting old buildings such as the mill and the museum house.

Why invest in rural Andalusia?
In recent years, rural accommodation has experienced strong growth, not only in terms of numbers, but also in terms of quantity, and has become one of the fastest-growing tourism products of recent years.
They have experienced strong growth, not only in terms of numbers, but also in terms of quantity, and have become one of the fastest-growing tourism products over the last decade.
There are still opportunities in this segment, with many possibilities to do something different.
This is a sector that still has a long way to go, where differentiation and good customer service are even more important to attract an increasingly demanding public.
We can consider rural tourism to be a tourist activity aimed at visitors interested in nature.
In the Sierra de las Nieves, it’s possible to go sightseeing in non-urban areas and get closer to the way of life of its villages.
Natural monuments, unique corners and breathtaking gorges await you in this protected area, which could be converted this year.
This area could become the first national park in the province of Malaga by 2024.
Some examples: Cima de la Torrecilla, Peñón de los enamorados, Tajo de la Caina, Pinsapo de la Escalereta, la cueva del agua, Los Quejigales and Las Navas are just some of the places to visit.
Not forgetting the gastronomic routes through the white villages.
